This is one of my favourites to cook because it is so easy to make. You will need;
1. Chicken breasts fillets (standard pack of 2 from the grocery store)
2. Green Onion
3. Franks Red Hot Buffalo wing sauce
4. Basmati Rice
5. Frozen Veggies (because we want it to be easy, right?)
To prepare;
Chop the chicken into bite sized chunks and cook it up in a frying pan on the stove. Then, put the stove top on low heat, add half a bottle of Franks Red Hot and finely chopped green onion into the pan. Let simmer on low heat for 15 minutes.
While that's simmering, get a pot of Basmati rice going (1.5 cups serves 2 people) and takes 15 minutes. When its almost done toss the veggies in the microwave so that it all finishes at the same time. When its all done, put it all together on plate or bowl of your choice.

Added bonus, its a little more work but if you shred the chicken (pulled pork style), its that much better.
